British Literature:
Read "Meditation XVII" on page 91 and answer questions. Read " A Valediction: Forbidding Mourning", "Ana---Gram", and "Antiphon (I)" and explain each story in your own words.
Physical Science:
Read pages 161-165. Do the On Your Own questions 7.3, 7.4, and 7.5 Make a drawing of the earth's orbit around the sun.
World Literature:
Read hyperbole on page 93 and symbol and metaphor on page 95. Read the two selections and answer questions. Write a short paragraph using each of the above (hyperbole, symbol, and metaphor).
American Literature:
Read "Shiloh" on page 167 and answer questions. Write a paraphrase of either "Annabel Lee", "A Dream Within a Dream", or "Shiloh".
