Substitute Teachers: If you know of anyone interested in subbing, please have them contact the office.  There are days when multiple teachers need to be absent.  It's always nice to have extra subs we can contact.  Thanks!

Yearbooks: Order forms were sent home today for page sponsors and yearbook orders.  Forms are due back to the office by February 14.

Intent Letters: Student intent letters will be going out next week.  If you know of anyone interested in attending ACS in the fall, please have them contact the office for an application. 

Home Basketball Games: TONIGHT! @ 5, 6, 7, & 8 pm - We have a junior high girls game at 5 pm, junior high boys(5th & 6th) at 6 pm, junior high boys(7th & 8th) at 7 pm, and varsity boys at 8 pm.  Let's fill the gym and show our Mustang pride!!!  Bring your family and come join us!    

Basketball Senior Recognition: TONIGHT! in the ROC gym @ approximately 8:30 pm - The seniors will be recognized at half-time of the varsity boys' game.

3rd Quarter Mid-Term Cutoff: January 31 

Valentine's Day: February 14 - Students will have an opportunity to share Valentine's with one another that day, if they so choose.  A student and teacher roster will be sent home January 31. 

No School: February 17 - Teacher's will not be assigning homework for that day.  However, teachers are able to assign homework for Tuesday, February 18. 

Family Club Meeting: February 19 @ 3:30 pm in the Green Room

School Board Meeting: Thursday, February 20 @6:30 pm in the Green Room 

Basketball Awards Banquet: February 24 @ 6:30 pm in the ROC gym - Feel free to join our basketball teams as they celebrate their accomplishments for the season.

End of 3rd Quarter: March 6 - Grade cards will go home the following week.

Chicken Eggs: March 23 - The University of Missouri Extension Office will be delivering the chicken eggs for our students to observe them as they are hatching.  Mrs. Otten is looking for volunteers to take the eggs and hatched chicks home to care for them on our days away from school.  If your family is interested in "chick-sitting", please contact Mrs. Otten to get your name on the list.  Also, once all of the eggs have hatched, Mrs. Otten will be looking for permanent homes for them.  If you would like to have any of the chicks, let Mrs. Otten know.
