Old Fashioned Christmas Get Together: December 10 @ 6:30 pm in the Sanctuary - We are starting a new tradition this year at ACS! Rather than having a Christmas program with rehearsals, costumes, etc., we are having an Old Fashioned Christmas Get Together! We will come together for a relaxing time of song and fellowship. We will gather together in the Sanctuary for a time of singing, followed by a time of fellowship over hot cocoa, cider, and cookies in the Awana Room. We will be singing some of the students' favorite Christmas carols and everyone will have the opportunity to decorate a sugar cookie. Special thanks to Family Club for providing the refreshments for the evening and to our STUCO students for serving. Feel free to wear your favorite Christmas attire or your coziest pajamas.
Scholastic Book Orders: If you are interested in ordering books through Scholastic, in order to receive books before Christmas break, orders must be submitted no later than Friday, December 6. Miss Dial has paper flyers available, or you are welcome to order online. Thank you for helping our teachers earn free books for their classrooms!

Christmas Gift Exchange - Please bring wrapped gifts, with the receivers name on it, to the school office no later than Wednesday, December 18.
STUCO Christmas Social: Thursday, December 19 from 6 pm to 9 pm at the Mabry's - This is a time of fun and fellowship for our high school students. Wear your favorite ugly sweater and a white elephant gift for the exchange.
Christmas Party Day: December 20 from 8:10 to 11:30 am - This will be a fun day of fellowship with classmates, teachers, and room parents. All parents are invited to join us! Students will play games, do crafts, watch a movie, eat snacks, and exchange Christmas gifts. For elementary students, please bring a healthy and a sweet snack to share. For grades 6th-12th, please bring the following: Last name beginning with A-L bring a sweet snack, M-Z bring a healthy snack. Following clean up, school will dismiss at 11:30 am. Classes will resume on Wednesday, January 8.
