Verse of the Day: My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.  Psalm 73:26

High School Transcript Form: Mrs. Bergman distributed these forms in your Kick-Off folder. If you still have your form, please turn it into the office by Monday, September 17.

School Supplies: Check your email for a message from Mrs. Otten regarding missing school supplies.  All supplies should be turned in by Monday, September 17.

Kick-Off Forms: Monday, September 17 is the final day for all forms to be turned in.  Mrs. Otten is missing several forms from multiple families.  The most commonly missed form is the Handbook Signature form. If you are uncertain whether or not you have missing forms please reach out to the office.

Red Communication Folder: Several forms will be going home Monday, including the Directory, Box Tops info, and yearbook info.  Check your child's red folder Monday school.

Chapel: We have the great privilege to worship and learn more about our great God together as a school on Monday, September 17 at 8:15 am in the Sanctuary.  All family members and teachers are invited to attend.  All chapel dates are listed on the Event Calendar on our website. Join us when you are able.  We would love to have you.

Add/Drop Deadline: High School students have until Wednesday, September 19 to add or drop a class.  Forms are available from Mrs. Furrey in the office if needed.

See You at the Pole: Students will be gathering at 8:15 am on Wednesday, September 26 for a special time of prayer over our families, school, and nation. Families are welcome to join us.

Homework Surveys: Homework Surveys will go home with students on Friday, September 21.  Surveys are to be completed on Tuesday, September 25 and Thursday, September 27 for all homework assigned.  It is important that these surveys be filled out on those specific days to allow for comparison with your student's classmates.  This information is used by Academic Committee to determine if a teacher is giving too much or not enough homework on home school days, as well as your student's classroom experience. Your assistance in filling out the surveys allows you to be a part of how we can continue to educate our students well.  Completed surveys are due in the office no later than Monday, October 1.  Thank you in advance for working with Academic Committee on these surveys.

Spirit Days & Pep Rally: We have added four Spirit Days to the Event Calendar.  Monday, September 24 is Spirit Day- students and staff are encouraged to wear red, black, and white that day to show their school spirit!  Monday, October 1 is Pajama Day- what's better than wearing you pj's to school on a Monday!  Wednesday, October 3 is Wear Your Favorite Color Day.  Friday, October 5 is Spirit Day.  Also, on October 3 at 11:30 am we will be having a Pep Rally in the ROC gym.  Feel free to join us.  A quick reminder about Spirit Days: please follow the school dress code when showing your school spirit.  Hats and sunglasses are allowed on spirit days but it is up to the teacher whether or not they can be worn during class time.
