Thanksgiving Feast - November 23rd (1/2 day of school) - We will begin our celebration of thanks with a musical performance by our K- 8th grade students beginning at 11:30. The meal will be served immediately following the performance. Thank you, Mrs. Margaret Ward, for coordinating our feast day and Mrs. Leon for helping our students prepare our entertainment.
No School - November 25th
Spanish Caroling - Friday, December 9th immediately following the conclusion of the basketball game - all current and former Spanish students are invited and encouraged to attend
Christmas program dress rehearsal - Dec. 9th and Dec. 12th from 3:30 - 5:00 - All students grades K - 8th are participating
Christmas Program - December 13th @ 6:30 in the sanctuary
Immediate Athletic Openings - We have openings for an athletic secretary as well as Athletic Director that need to be filled as soon as possible. Applewood is blessed to have such a great sports program with outstanding athletes and coaching staff. Many serving in our athletic department are home school parents or ACS families that are already serving in many other areas at our school. We are asking that ALL of our families be in prayer to see if this is an area that God would call YOU to serve. You do not need to have a child involved in our athletic program to fill these positions. If you would like additional information about either of these positions, please contact the office.
