Testing Week Students in grades K – 11 will be taking the Iowa Basics Tests this week.
It is important that students get adequate rest and get a good breakfast so that they are able to do their best during testing. Each student needs to bring the following:
three sharpened #2 pencils
a snack
water bottle (no soda please!)
book to read so they do not distract the other students
calculator for senior high students
Testing days for grades K – 8 are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, March 17 – 19.
Testing days for grades 9 – 11 are Monday and Wednesday, March 17 & 19.
Students are required to arrive at school at 8:15 as testing begins promptly at 8:30. I will be at school at 8:00 if you need to drop your students off early.
Testing ends at 11:30. Students need to be picked up at this time.Testing locations & teacher proctors:
K – their classroom, Mrs. Schutte 1 – CEL cafeteria, Mrs. Meyer
2 – CEL room D, Mrs. Thomas
3 – 5 – upstairs CEL room 3, Mrs. Bergman Junior High – ROC room 202, Mrs. Young Senior High – ROC room 200, Mrs. Church
No homework will be issued for testing days.
Seniors do not have school on these days.
